YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES
This class develops skills of concentration and patience that help focus the mind and increase physical strength, stamina and flexibility through a dynamic practice of continuous movement. This is a fast paced, energetic class that uses a flowing series of postures to create heat as you rid the body of wastes and toxins.
Guided/Modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
This Class is Inspired by the Ashtanga System, and focuses on synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures to produce internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation
In this class, poses are held for prolonged periods of time to help open the body in a gentle manner. The use of props might be used to aid in achieving a deep level of relaxation. This style promotes a healing and recuperative experience, and will include 10-15 minutes of Guided Meditation.
This women's only class is designed to empower women of all ages and give them the tools they need to be confident in any real life situation. In this class, women will get fit, learn combat and self defense skills for survival.
